Daily target = (Manpower × Working hours × 60 × Efficiency) ÷ SMV.
Worked example
With 40 people, 8 hours, 55% efficiency and an 18-minute SMV, the estimated daily target is about 586 pieces.

What is SMV?
Standard Minute Value is the standard time allocated to produce one garment or operation under defined conditions.
Why include efficiency?
A line rarely converts every available minute into standard output. Efficiency adjusts the theoretical capacity to a realistic planning level.
